Well the wedding renewals went great. I'll just post a few of the pics to let you see and they kind of speak for themselves. I do want to thank Sindi of Life Is A Rollercoaster for taking them for us. They turned out great.

Graham's May Photo Challenge -- Outdoors

As you all know I love to participate in Graham's photo challenges. This month the theme was Outdoor's. Well I actually have 3 photo's for this challenge. I chose these 3 for specific reason's. One is a yard sale. When the weather is nice yard salews are very common around here to see. What a fun way to bargin shop outdoor's. The next is a festival. I chose it because they pop up all over for a great time outside and lastly I chose a beetle. Since it's a bug and all bugs come out in the warmer weather. I didn't put picture's in the order I listed but hope you enjoy!

Awesome Tuesday

My friend Sindi from Life Is A Rollercoaster and I finally got a day that it wasn't raining and decided to go to Fowler Park a local county park here where we live to try to get some photo's and just have a good time in general. Faith was with us of course and she is such a ham. We hiked around the old fashion log cabins and took part of one of the trails. We let Faith play around on the playground and just generally acted goofy and had a blast. Here are some of the photo's I got that day.

My Apologies

I just wanted to apologize for not being here lately. I have been putting togther the final things for our wedding renewals on the 28th of this month. We have also been going to the parks more and walking more to keep busy.

On Sun May 3rd My picture was in the paper for helping to clean up local neighborhoods and Gage's name was listed here is a link to the picture. Tribune Star.

Fantastic Saturday

This past saturday on the 18th we had beautiful weather. I took Gage to a football clinic with the Indiana State University football team. He got to do some training with them and he looked like he had a lot of fun. They broke them up in several differnt groups and they worked so long with each group to learn different parts of the team. Afterwards they were given a snack and were asked if they could stay to watch their spring scrimmage. We couldn't stay for that but it was a good thing for him to do. Here is a slideshow of his time with the team.

After the football we came home on decided to go on a picnic. We got us some drinks and some food and headed to wherever Randy decided to go. We nded up at McCormick's Creek State Park in Spencer, Indiana. It's approximately 40 miles from us. We went hiking and saw wolf cave and just enjoyed nature blooming and the creek. We ended up at a playground and let the kids play why we cooked supper and talked about what to do next. We chose to take another trail and walked by the family cabins. It was getting kind of late and my ankle was sore so we went home to relax. Here is a slideshow of some of the pictures I took while there.
