UPS AirlinesJust in case you need a laugh:Remember it takes a college degree to fly a plane, but only a high school diploma to fix one; a reassurance to those of us who fly routinely in our jobs. After every flight, UPS pilots fill out a form, called a 'gripe sheet,' which tells mechanics about problems with the aircraft. The mechanics correct the problems, document their repairs on the form, and then pilots review the gripe sheets before the next flight.Never let it be said that grou nd crews lack a sense of humor. Here are some actual maintenance complaints submitted by UPS ' pilots (marked with a P) and the solutions recorded (marked with an S) by maintenance engineers.
By the way, UPS is the only major airline that has never, ever, had an accident.

What Michelle Dawn Means
| What Michelle Dawn Means |
![]() You master any and all skills easily. You don't have to work hard for what you want. You make your life out to be exactly how you want it. And you'll knock down anyone who gets in your way! You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing. You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long. You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start. You are very open. You communicate well, and you connect with other people easily. You are a naturally creative person. Ideas just flow from your mind. A true chameleon, you are many things at different points in your life. You are very adaptable. You are truly an original person. You have amazing ideas, and the power to carry them out. Success comes rather easily for you... especially in business and academia. Some people find you to be selfish and a bit overbearing. You're a strong person. You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone. You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together. At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together. You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow. You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily. Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is. You are balanced, orderly, and organized. You like your ducks in a row. You are powerful and competent, especially in the workplace. People can see you as stubborn and headstrong. You definitely have a dominant personality. You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection. You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive. You have the classic "Type A" personality. You are very charming... dangerously so. You have the potential to break a lot of hearts. You know how what you want, how to get it, and that you will get it. You have the power to rule the world. Let's hope you're a benevolent dictator! You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people. You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts. You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals. |

Recipe : Parmesan Chicken
I found this recipe in a cookbook several years ago. My liked it so much she had me fix it a lot. So I thought I would share it with you. I also thought Speedcat would like another chicken recipe LOL!!
Parmesan Chicken
Chicken ( I prefer boneless, skinless)
1 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
1 tsp. poultry seasoning or to taste
1 egg
milk
1/2 stick butter melted
1/2 to 1 cup potato flakes
1/2 to 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste.
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) In one bowl scramble egg and milk together.
3.) In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
4.) Dip chicken in milk/egg mixture then in the dry ingredients and place in a pan.
5.) Pour melted butter over the chicken and put in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or till juice of chicken runs clear.
Enjoy with a salad & vegetable of choice.
